Why is it important?

  • Functional movement training aims toward building a stronger foundation and improving our body’s ability to work efficiently as one unit.

  • With the utilization of corrective exercise techniques, muscle imbalances and unhealthy mechanics are targeted, aiming to improve your overall body mechanics as well as static and dynamic posture.

  • Functional training can assist in preventing injuries, help build strength, and even resolve aches and pains that result from years of poor posture or repetitive suboptimal movement patterns.
